Welcome to Mountain Sanctuary! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mountain Sanctuary. Mountain Sanctuary operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Mountain Sanctuary is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All product descriptions, including descriptions of the cultural or symbolic significance of our products (such as references to Taoist Five Elements symbolism), are provided for general informational and cultural appreciation purposes only. They are not medical, therapeutic, or financial advice, and no specific outcome or benefit is promised or guaranteed.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, or any part of it, for any reason, including if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, including after an order has been placed. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
