Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window: you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, no matter where your order is delivered. For eligible EU orders, you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal — our 30-day store policy extends beyond that legal minimum. The sections below explain each process. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

30-day returns and cancellations

You may request cancellation of unfulfilled items within 15 minutes of placing your order. To submit a cancellation request, visit your customer account at https://account.mountain-sanctuary.com and select the order you wish to cancel. Please also notify us by email at mickelmak.studio@gmail.com at the same time. This cancellation window does not affect the 30-day return request period below or any rights you may have under applicable law.

You may request a return within 30 days, starting from the delivery of the last item in your order. Email us at mickelmak.studio@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will review your request and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.

For a return under this 30-day store policy, the item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Please provide proof of purchase. These store-policy conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

EU orders: statutory right of withdrawal

For orders covered by EU consumer law, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the last item in your order. If the final day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day. Our 30-day store policy above gives you a longer window than the statutory minimum. You may request to cancel an item before it is fulfilled.

To start a return or cancellation request, visit your customer account at https://account.mountain-sanctuary.com and select the order you wish to return or cancel. Please also notify us by email at mickelmak.studio@gmail.com at the same time. After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, please send the goods back within 14 days. We will provide the return address and instructions.

For an eligible EU withdrawal, we will refund your payment, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back. Extra charges for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not included.

The conditions of our 30-day store policy do not limit applicable EU withdrawal rights. Certain goods or services may be exempt from withdrawal where applicable law permits.

Return shipping and product issues: all regions

If a return is not due to a product quality problem, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at mickelmak.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please provide photos and, if you have one, an unboxing video to help us review what happened. If you do not have an unboxing video, please still contact us so we can review your request. We will provide instructions after reviewing the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refund processing

For returns that are not processed under the EU right of withdrawal, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the item. If a refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, email us at mickelmak.studio@gmail.com.
