Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our studio in China.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Every order includes tracking at no extra cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. For EU deliveries, VAT may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or events beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the carrier returns the package to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
